Dun & Bradstreet Customer Satisfaction Rating

Dun & Bradstreet, the well-known business information firm, conducts customer satisfaction surveys to assess how well companies in various industries meet their clients’ expectations.

Recently, D&B surveyed the clients of 34 electrical contractors, including Hanlon Electric.

Hanlon Electric was rated far superior to its competitors.
Hanlon achieved the highest rating possible for:

  • Quality of Service
  • Timeliness of Performance
  • Responsiveness to Problems
  • Delivery of the work that was ordered.

As the following graph shows, Hanlon exceeded the competition in virtually every category surveyed.

1 = Exceeded Customer Expectations. This is the highest score achievable. The graph shows how close Hanlon Electric and the 33 other electrical contractors surveyed came to achieving this score.
